Terrible company and service! I ordered a suit on a Monday for a wedding the following week. The website stated that it would be dispatched within 48h. I heard nothing from them so telephoned on the Thursday to be told that they had been very busy but the invoice was printed and the suit had already been posted or would be that day. Friday I get a email to state that I had been refunded. I telephoned them to find out what was going on only to be told that the item was not in stock!!!! There was no apology or offer of a different suit just poor excuses of being busy. I now have to try and get another suit within a couple of days thanks to this joke company.
