While visiting this store my husband saw some trousers he quite liked and decided to try them on. However, the fitting room was locked and when we enquired with a member of staff, we were told \"It\'s not open during the day\" which is somewhat baffling. When does it open then? At night? When the store is closed? What is the point of having a clothes department with a fitting room not open. The member of staff couldn\'t have been less helpful, just walking away. Over the door of the store is a sign saying \"Happy to help\". Pity the staff don\'t read it and act on it. Not impressed.
