I just wanted to praise the customer service of one of your checkout assistants around 6:00pm this evening (05/10). I\'d just begun placing my shopping on the conveyor belt when I realised I\'d forgotten something. The assistant noticed my dilemma and encouraged me to go get what I\'d forgotten while she began checking out the items. When I got back she\'d even packed the shopping. I couldn\'t see her name badge as it was partially obscured, could have been Sharon, but she wore glasses and had a pink elastic bandage on her left arm. Please pass on my appreciation.
