Fantastic customer service from Asda Huyton, I normally shop in store, due to ill health I have shopped twice using Asda app online, so easy to use, great choice especially the gluten free range, delivered last night by a very nice lady so prompt and so friendly, it was a pleasure to shop with Asda, I will both shop in store and online, great being able to amend the order also, thanks Asda Huyton, from a very happy and satisfied customer., working in retail myself, I really do appreciate your excellent customer service and your store, thanks once again,regards, .

Iam very up set the way I have been treated at this store. On friday the 12th august 2016 me and my sister came to this store like we do most weekends, I bought two pairs of jeans and on the hangers was the wrong size when I got back home. I have to get taxis from town l3 area were I live to huyton on the saturday the 13th to pick up my jeans that I was promised by one of your staff, when I arrived your staff didnt no anythink about it , iwas there 10 minutes and my cab was waiting, so I went back home without my jeans I was going mad because the fair cost me £28. Then on the monday the 15th I phoned again then a member of your staff said the jeans will be at till 91 , so I got a cab from mine to asda and my jeans were there yippy went home in the same cab it cost me and£21 I have to get cabs because of my disability I love goin to asda for my shopping, it would have been nice to get somethink for the inconvenience, and by the way your staff are very helpful. Thank you for your time.
