Very disappointed with the operating service after a failed home delivery from Asda Longwell Green. Delivery was due to be received 28.09.17 at 11am. We called the driver at 4pm who informed us his van had broken down and he was sorry for not telling us. He provided the no. 0800 5920101 which was a dead number. We called the driver back who told us to contact Asda Longwell Green as an alternative. We called through about 7 times (some calls were disconnected when we were transferred, some rang out etc.)

The check out assistants are more interested in talking to their friends than they are serving. If you are in a hurry this is extremely annoying
