I just want to praise the services of the security dept in South Shields, In particularl Sam field who assisted me when I lost my cash back in store today, after a very frazzled day complete with child in tow and doing last minute packed lunch shopping which was causing much scanning problems at the self checkout ( mainly caused by my son lifting goods off the scales ) i could not recall collecting my cash back , nothing was too much trouble for sam , he found my transaction matched it up to cctv and was able to identify me collecting the money and placing it in my bag , which I have since misplaced goodness knows where, he was a pleasure to deal with , despite not finding my money I am very grateful for Sams help !!
