Terrible customer service at the CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK. I came into store eveninh of 6 feb to change something. There were no queues, noone waiting.The lady on the desk saw me turned her back and continued to input on the computer. I gave her sufficient time I thought she will turn around in a minute but No. As I continued to watch her try in type what ever she was trying to return without success my customer service kicked in what would I do I thought.i would leave whatever I was doing deal with the customer in front of me then I can go back to my computer AS THERE IS NO QUEUE.As my patience was ending I asked if there was anyone else . She never spoke or acknowledge I was there until this point. She then said I won\'t be long and continued to type. I found this incredibly rude.if I was a secret shopper you would have failed.for the record this is the first time I have made a complaint but I was so frustrated. I have to say I have found till superviside to be really rude to cashiers in the past whilst shopping Not good!!!!
