on the 7th November I contacted customer service about a carton of Benecol that had a thick black band round the neck Good customer Service contact and I agreed to send back all the cartons in the packaging this was done on the same day and received by you on the 8th and signed for by Hildebrandt, I have done my part But to date I have not had the curtsy of a call or letter as promised in the phone call. I\'m now out of pocket the price of the Benecol and the cost of the postage .
