I have been waiting for a return call, as I\'ve made a complaint about Hermes about a delivery at my address which I didn\'t receive. They said I signed for it which I didn\'t. The date was 8-5-20167 and I have phoned a few times, and I had gotten a letter from you to send back with my signature on it which was about 4 to 5 weeks. Please can I get a return call or message as its a lot of money to me which is£51-96. Thankyou order number UK000264108:1183798

I have returned Renumax 2x1 smart polish&vacuum as it did not remove scratch from my car since 17th of November 2016.up till 12th of December I still haven\'t heard from bestdirect.co. phoned 6times and it\'s always the same story that customer service will call back.Am still waiting for their call and my refund.
