Account number BO850674 I\'m writing this email as per conversation with 1 of your operatives, I received the family of love bracelet and 3 of the names were spelt wrong, i\'m not happy and wish you too stop taking money from my account and return the money already paid, i\'m waiting for a returns label from your company to return said bracelet. I will not be making any further purchases from you company as i think i have been treated appalling, Not once was an apoligize given was told there was nothing they could do but if not rectified i will be going to trading standards
