item ordered 6/12.receipt date 10-12.shipping date put back to 13th then 14th then 15th.Sent 2 emails enquireing to customer services,no reply.Spent 3 x periods of 10 minutes plus trying to speak on phone plus 1 of 17 minutes.Never got to speak to anyone.Worst customer services i have experienced this christmas having bought from over 30 online sellers.
