On time for my appointment, waited thirty five minutes which then I had to approach the staff regarding my lengthy wait. Was told after I indicated the time I had been waiting that there was a glitch and I would be taken in a minute. Fifteen minutes later and still not taken, at this point I approached the counter and just got another appointment. I have been a patient at this practice for a good number of years and I think I was treated appallingly.
