I have been suffering for intermittent broadband service for the last 6 months. Although the people at BT are fairly easy to reach, they are unable resolve my problem: I have gone through the same fault finding scenarios dozens of times, swapped out my router twice, disconnected my phone, put my router off the floor...Nothing has solved my problem. Useless
