I I have, today, just purchased your \'Tickler\' cheese from Tesco. I was very disappointed. Your cheese tastes the same as the Tesco own brand extra mature chedder only your cheese is 33% more expensive. If you want to produce a cheese that is better than \'run of the mill\' I suugest you try to emulate smoked poacher. I will not be buying your product again and I will share my opions with my friends and family.
