I purchased a CATA gas hob on 05 July 2017. An engineer didn't turn up at the first repair appointment as he'd said he didn't have the spare part. He turned up on 05 March 2018 and said he needed to order a spare part. One gas ring would not stay ignited. I am now having the same problem with another gas ring on the hob. This is poor service as I was promised a phone call when the new part was available. I expect someone from CATA to contact me asap as my first email has still been ignored
