Never have I had to deal with such a carry on. Was charged for signing up to the service when I had never realised and then to be told I would only get 10.00 back for this. And that the company doesnt issue refunds. Told the customer service on the phone I had an email in front of me that said I still needed to continue with the application but still couldnt get anywhere. To anybody else dont use this site as all they do is con you.

Aye have been trying to read a mesage from yous about a refund but it keeps saying my email and pass words wrong cany you just tell me if yous have refunded me yet?

One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. I signed up for a Credit report that I cancelled the same day, yet they took £19.95 out three times over 3 days, When I telephoned they said it takes 10days to go back into your account (not explaining why they took the funds out three times). 19 days later still waiting and spoke to a rude lady on the phone (not answering any questions) .
