I have been trying to contact someone regarding a tv that I have purchased and I am unable to access picture in picture . I am disgusted that I cannot email for help and assistance . I would not have brought if I had known customer service was this bad .

I bought a pvr0207 in 2005. Its been so reliable and user friendly. It sadly died a death yesterday, but I cant complain after 11 years. Its been fantastic. I would have replaced it with another digihome but sadly you dont seem to make them anymore.

I have a digihome 32 inch TV that can only be used with a remote however that has decided to stop working. I\'ve done the obvious & changed the batteries, turned TV off from mains but still nothing appears to be working. The TV is about 7 months old, surely this shouldn\'t be happening.
