So far my rating of your customer service is zero, because I have been unable to make contact. i) the 01 737 number on your website is out-dated and needs changing to the 01 442 ..... version ii) when I tried ringing the 01 442 number, two or three times there was no answer. I finally let it rig for 5 minutes, after which it cut off iii) I tried again this morning and got a lengthy recorded message which was completely inaudible. I suggest you try listening to it and replace it. MY QUERY: I have recently bought an 'all-in-one fabric dye and want to know if it is suitable for wool. 'It is apparently safe for linen and cotton which implies it is okay for natural fibres, but wool is not mentioned on the label. If it is okay to use, then please can you also tell me whether the 350gm pod is enough to dye a natural coloured woven/short pile woollen rug weighing 6lb dry . The quantity needed is not listed on the external packaging and I am reluctant to open it to access the leaflet which is apparently inside the packaging, in case it is not a suitable product. It cost £7 and I will therefore need to return it to the stockist, I have reluctantly scored one star because it seems this message cannot be submitted with zero stars. Which just adds to my dissatisfaction so far!
