To whom it may concern Dear sir/madam I am writing to you about a payment that you took out of my account a week ago. there was two payments of £9.99 took that were fore two magazines that I did not order and was told that when I receive these magazines to return them and the money would be put back into my account I have not received these magazines and would like to know what is appending about my money to be put into my account.

Cost too much to get help with customer service cost me £6 for a landline call so have been emailing but too slow and other questions not answered please get a landline number that don't cost the earth
