Towards the end of last month i contacted Epson by telephone with a problem with my scanner (ref.1012402771), which was only scanning/ printing a small section of the document to be scanned After following long detailed instructions i opened my scanner today and the same problem was still there when i scanned a document. I rang Epson and spoke to Luke Smith, within a couple of minutes Luke had resolved my problem, which was simply the scanner was in the proffesional mode and not in the auto mode. Well done Luke Smith.
