Three weeks ago I submitted a question about one of their products via the online enquiry form on their website. I have yet to receive an answer (or indeed any acknowledgement of the query). I just tried the \'customer careline\' phone number given on the box the product comes in. The number is \'unrecognised\', i.e., dead. As they are so contemptuous of their customers, I won\'t be buying their products again.
