I have tried to contact ferrysavers about a cancellation due to the death of my husband and up till now I have not heard from anyone. Also your answerphone message is far too faint to hear. Terrible service. Phone No wait to hear hopefully from you.

PLEASE HELP we have had severe weather warnings and i have requested an ammendment to my booking number 8755094, fatima has emailed me fee of £10 which i am happy to pay. each time i have tried to pay i have received an error message, ER:902/Price Change Detected For DFDS Seaways i was only changing one route not the dfds service. your website is now not recognising my booking number and i cannot access your online help.
