Myself and my sister went into this store today for a drink and something to eat.Emma the area manager apologised as they were in the process of moving things for the refurbishment, no inconvenience was caused but the fact she explained was excellent customer service in making customers aware of what was going on. After we had finished our food and was about to have our drinks she offered us a complimentary cake each, which we both felt was extremely kind and very enjoyable! We have been going to Gregg\'s since they first came to Peterborough and have always been impressed by both the service and always welcoming and polite staff.Emma is a credit and asset to your company and we shall be returning a week Tuesday for the reopening .
