I have had to take 4 separate days holiday because of the complete lack of customer service from not point. Not only that, I have emailed 4 times to make an official complaint which has been returned every time stating a technical fault on their server. What a joke! Never ever buy a hot point appliance again, be warned. NO STARS

We have an extended warranty on a Hotpoint washer/dryer purchased through Curry`s `Whatever Happens Club`. I have been trying to contact hotpoint via hotpointservice .co.uk but have faile on every occassion. The telephone line goes `dead` and `Chat` is unavailable. We need an engineer to visit and repair yhe appliance.

i have found it impossible to speak to anyone who can resolve my problem with a promotion that was running when i purchased a washing machine. you can only email so if you cannot resolve problems problem or do not have access to email it is impossible.
