Booking reference 17487627 after I was rejected to hire a car because I did not have the second address proof, I did call costumer service and I was not able to let her know that I was not a new costumer and this requirement has not been asked before, also on the confirmation email state that this proof of second address is for new costumer. \"Sorry we don\'t have any phone number for interrent customer service\" - that is useless. I need to get information to make an insurance claim. The rental office refuses to deal with me and says I need to contact customer services. I have e-mailed customer services - I get an automatic response promising to deal with the query within 10 days and then nothing happens. They are owned by Europcar whose mission is to provide the best customer service in the industry. They might try aiming for mediocre - that would be a start.

You have taken 110 pounds from my bank account dated the 13th Jan 2017, I would like to know why you have taken this money from my account? I used your company in July 2016 and paid in full. You do not have my authorisation to deduct any money from my account. I want to know why this has occurred and I was not informed. Plz contact me asap

Awful company. Hidden charges abound. Was charged 21.30 euros after returning the car. The car was returned to europcar and signed off as damage free, full of fuel and clean, yet a charged appeared a day later on my credit card. No explanation by company. I will be contesting this via my credit card company. Everybody should do this and then companys like interrent who defraud people with these fees will be brought to book. Avoid interrent at all costs
