An annoyed customer

A truly awful experience, from the stench of cheap disinfectant and despicable music which kept cutting out, to the disorganisation of the staff, to the point where I was made to wait after starting finally getting hold of one of the workers, (who formed a majority in the room) for around five minutes whilst he saw to other customers (who must have been more important) and then was subjected to a palaver of payment using different tills for paying for the parcel and the postage. Please fix you\'re website, it is not possible to give zero stars.
