Very poor telephone support service. I paid top dollar for what is supposed to be the best shower on the market, but when I need to contact technical help, there is effectively none. You have no direct technical help number and when you are put through you are kept waiting until an automated message eventually tells you that you are 8th in the queue!! Later I called and even when I was just 2nd in the queue, I never got through. Answer provide more technical help.
