Trying to return an item - doesn't recognise my login details, so cant print a label for collect + - emailed using online form, 4 days later and no reply. So basically being forced to return via DPD at a cost of £4! - to return via other avenues charge is still£2 for admin fees so BEWARE

I have contacted Misspap 3 times regarding a return and also delivery which I paid for a next day option which did not arrive. I have not received an email in relation to my 3 complaints which I find this to be extremely unprofessional and I am extremely disgusted with the service which I have received. I wish to return the item and receive my refund and waiting for a customer service handler to email me like you have promised on 3 occasions and this has not happened. I will be taking this further if you do not respond to me today.

Paid next day delivery only to find out miss pap given wrong address so no parcel fuming needed my parcel today first and last time I will be ordering from them they don\'t even have a customer service number to speak to them!!!!!!
