Trying to return an item - doesn't recognise my login details, so cant print a label for collect + - emailed using online form, 4 days later and no reply. So basically being forced to return via DPD at a cost of £4! - to return via other avenues charge is still£2 for admin fees so BEWARE

My red wine hoodie got delivered couple days ago and noticed the seams come away. I\'ve only had it on a few hours

Ordered an item on normal delivery. Haven\'t had a dispatch email or anything. I cannot track my order to see where it is. I just hope my item is decent and not tack. First time ordering on this website and it may be my last.

I have contacted Misspap 3 times regarding a return and also delivery which I paid for a next day option which did not arrive. I have not received an email in relation to my 3 complaints which I find this to be extremely unprofessional and I am extremely disgusted with the service which I have received. I wish to return the item and receive my refund and waiting for a customer service handler to email me like you have promised on 3 occasions and this has not happened. I will be taking this further if you do not respond to me today.
