Alisa Heinonen

Unprofessional and rude. Spoke to Lisa on 02073579908. Had to ask to speak to manager, they haven\'t called me back so far. The wigs which are shown in stock are not available. They just informed me by e-mail that they are sending me one out of three I ordered. There is no option to cancel on their website. I phoned to cancel as I wanted three wigs or none bit they said on the phone that it was too late.
