Shocking service. I have been a customer for 15 years. I place and order which was on a 3 day delivery and when it did arrive on time I complained. They then sent an invoice requesting payment even though I had paid in advance, I complained again. Having now place another order the manager canceled the order in act if vindictiveness for having complained. Shocking !!!
