can\'t even give 1 star. My Customer experience was a complete nightmare. I was mislead and mis advised from start to finish. All this company are interested in is MONEY. The customer is just a form of income to the business. After stringing me along for a few months the solicitor who had initially told me that I had a strong case...changed his mind and his only option was to get an opinion from a Barrister at a minimum cost of £500. Even then there was a strong chance I could lose even more money. I was already £480.00 out of pocket and he had only sent a few soft letters. Please DO NOT be tempted to walk into this office. There are at least 12 solicitors in the town centre and believe me Nyland and Beattie are my worst customer experience ever.
