I can never get hold of anyone. I have tried ringing but an answerphone message tells you to email them. I want to speak to a real person to discuss a courier collection before I pay online

I sent a electric motor booked with P4D Ref P4D1793934. 1st of all I booked it on a next day delivery and it took a week to get there. When the motor got there it had been taken off its pallet and wrapping was also taken off all the paper work I sent was lost as well. It looked like the motor had been banged about around a van. (I have pictures of this motor) it is so badly damaged I will never be able to sell this as NEW. The end user BUDGET GAS refused to accepted the motor. I have had to order them a new motor motor which came straight from the motor people. This has left me with a motor that I cant sell. The net cost of the motor to me was £651.24 +vat. I want to know how do I claim against P4D/ Delivery people to get the value back. At this moment the damaged motor is still down @ Budget gas. I need to try and get this back at some point. Please can you direct me to who I can talk to about this. Don\'t send a link by e mail because I cant open them. I have bounced around for the last 3-4 days about this. from tuffnuls and P4D. I need to get this sorted ASAP or my next step will be to start legal action. Hoping this may get things moving.
