this website claims to be from the UK, the phone number states in English 'sorry for the wait' blah blah blah. When they eventually answer, it is somebody in France who cannot speak any English. I cannot get hold of anybody to track my order. My next step....companies house and ombudsman.

Just been on hold for 15 mins for someone to answer and not speak English, I really need to speak to someone about my project as its a special birthday present, it wont let me load the photos and saying there is a problem and something went wrong on the screen, this has taken me a month of uploading. Terrible service
