Hello team I purchased a pair of Qualcast hedge shears from Argos 12/18 months ago , I have only used these twice, there nearly new, and the handle does not lock when closed, it just comes appart when out full, can any thing be done ,I am very disappointed with this product, From Mr gr MAYO PLEASE EMAIL ME THANKYOU.

I purchased a qualcast 51cm self propelled lawn mower in Feb this year and have used it twice.I went o use it yesterday but found that he wheel had broken.I took the wheel of and went back to homebase but was told to return the whole lawnmower without the fuel and I would be given a replacement .However on going back to the store I discovered that my lawn mower was last years model and was told that here was a price difference and they had no new one aside from the display model .I did not want to pay any more as my mower worked and I just need for you to replace the wheel ,maybe both wheels to the front of the mower .I am now asking if you can sort this out please bearing in mind that there was a two year guarantee on this item and I have had to travel to your store twice now being 56 miles as well as wasting my whole afternoon.I have called your telephone number and been kept waiting for someone to answer but have just given up -more time wasted and I cannot use my lawn mower wither .I look forward to hearing from you ASAP.Appalling !!!! I have recently purchased a Qualcast YT623105x leaf Blower/Vacuum. I find it to be too heavy, too noisy and not that efficient at leaf sucking bearing in mind the power and size of the motor. Another annoying thing is that there is no provision for the tidy/safe storage of the electric cable when not in use. I choose to purchase this product because of the good reputation you have with your electric grass mowers. Your comments would be appreciated.

I have one of your larger rotary mowers which is extremely efficient. It is powered by a B&S 125 engine which throws the cut grass back into the collection bag with considerable force, which enables the collection box to hold a large quantity. This then is the problem. With the grass packed so tightly it is difficult to remove as the 'handle' is not at all useful, and the collection bag falls in on itself. I have therefore made some minor modifications to the bag, with a couple of tie wraps and a spare cupboard handle. I have photographs if you would indicate the address which I can send them to.

hi,i am looking for a electric motor qualcast cylinder mower,just been told that the motor is unavailable ,what sort of company are qualcast when they cannot supply spare parts.i am now stuck with a useless mower that has done hardly no work.
