I paid for Next day delivery ,I was at home the whole of yesterday waiting for my delivery but nothing happened, I've tried getting intouch with them by giving them a call and the number is Busy ,I went on their website to contact them through email, I got an automated message saying that they will contact me after 3-5 working days,that means I'm not going to the wedding with the dress I ordered ,I just think that their services sucks. Thank you

I purchased from yourselves on line on18.6.18 2 jumpsuits. product number.5053741004993 and 50537 m41044746.my order number was 01415691544. the items were returned but I have no record of them being credited to me. could you please look into this matter and let me know. they were returned through royal mail but unfortunately I cannot place the proof of posting. I await your reply regards .

i have ordered 2 tops on the line had a bit of bother with my cards did not think it was taking it off so i used my visa card not sure yet if it has taken it off yet but on my bank card it has 3 times the amount was 36.93 each payment so if it hasn\'t been sent out yet can u sort it please at your end or can u send me return slips as i know i know i can\'t just take them back to the shop as that would have been easier for me thank u
