Came into bath road branch today for a motor bike quote. Only 2 working at desks, stood waiting, no one came to us to say anything about short staff etc, or offered a seat. When they were free had to speak on phone to some stupid women for a quote, and at the end of conversation was told no cannot give quote, as we live in a park home, on a permanent site, how stupid is that, took are business elsewhere, and got treated as customers should be, will not go to Swinton again.
