T Mobile is a German based cell phone provider serving Europe, the United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin islands. T Mobile has globally 230 million subscribers and is the fifth largest international cell phone provider in the world. T Mobile offers both pay-as-you-go and monthly contracts. T Mobile has now been merged with EE but will keep its name.
T Mobile customer service
To get in touch with T Mobile’s customer service a good place to start is their main the webpage. To get to the support section of their website just simply scroll to the bottom of the page and click support home. Here one can get help on billing, coverage, account problems, more information on phones, and help changing plans. The “contact us” tab is also helpful and customers can even live chat.
If you would like to talk to someone on the phone and simply dail 611 on your T Mobile phone or call
1-877-746-0909. The service center is open 3am to 10pm and automated care is open 24/7.
You can also choose to find a location nearest you if you prefer getting help face to face. There are also
at the bottom of the page, self help tools such as unlocking a phone, WI-FI calling, and help with
prepaid plans.
Also on the main support page there is a section
called “get help from customers like you”. Clicking this will lead you to a discussion board of issues from other
customers.
As, T Mobile is part of EE in the UK it could also be helpful to head to the EE support page . You can also call the EE hotline 0800-956-
6000 for general customer support. Calling is free from landlines but could cost up to 20p per minute
from a cell phone.
Many customers seem to be very dissatisfied with the customer service they received from T Mobile.
Complaints range from unhelpful customer services representatives, to slow or nonexistent repairs.
People also complain that the 3G service is not reliable and that it is very easy to accrue outrageous late
charges.
Others however, are very pleased with the service from T Mobile. One customer reports that the pay as
you go plan was easy to use and perfect for her.
