have been trying to make a complaint about faulty pods which have no coffee in them and I am being re-directed round in circles. not happy

on phone numbers no website no email, very poor. I was trying to contact you about your tassimo pods and how inconsistent they have become no two cups of your Columbian coffee are the same. One will be just right, good taste good with a good crème head, then the next one will be completely flat and weak. This is just not me some of my fiends are having the same problem. we are all considering changing to another brand but why should I after paying over £70 for a machine. Is this a batch problem or will it continue like this ? I look forward to your comments

No option to email tassimo direct and faq does not answer my query so it directs me back to home page! On calling the 0800 number, left on hold for 15 mins so gave up!!
