I would like for you to know I have had a few incidences where my card has been refused. Not declined just asked for a alternative source of payment. This is even before I have put my pin into the payment system. I have had to go out the shop without my shopping and withdraw cash then go back into the store to pay with cash. This is all done by luckily understanding staff who help me with this matter. So I would like you make you aware of the payment system fail your store is experiencing. Many thanks.
