Went in to buy laptop. Went to electronic desk for the price and was told had to go to direct order to then be told they cannot find a price so she went on to computer and it said no results found for cat number. Iasked the girl what do we do then and she said she didn\'t know as there was no one trained on this so I asked to speak to a manager and was left standing for ten minutes and no manager came so I walked out the shop. This was disgracefull to let a sale of £300 go with no assistance.
