Hi went into Tesco Silverburn late one night last week stressed about Christmas etc as I needed a new tree was scurrying about the shop when this young man stopped and asked if I was ok. I explained I needed a new tree. He said it was not his department but he would be delighted to help me . He took me over to the tree,s and as I was quite specific to what I was looking for he let me open the box and check the tree he also spent time showing me lights and decorations etc after chatting to Rob for I while I realised he was heading for his break when he stopped so really did not need to do this and I have to say this is very unusual in this day to get this kind of service so Thank you Rob for your excellent customer service.
