Firstly let me just by saying what an appalling customer service you have in place its absolutely disgraceful, I placed an order on line for a pair of boots for my sons 30th birthday for this sunday coming the went through with the payment and an email to confirm my order. this never happened so I have no idea whether i\'m going to receive my order in time for my son\'s 30th birthday!!! not one of the numbers you ask your customers to call are answered its disgraceful and I never recommend kooples to any friends or family. Regards
