After 4 months of attempting to get a refund for train tickets that I was told I could get a refund for I have not yet received a refund. I have contacted tour centre now over 8 times each time asking for a call back and not once have I got one. I finally got told I would get a refund and I still haven\'t got one to which I rang up again and got told this refund wasn\'t on record
