My partner and I recently visited the Trespass shop in Southport, not really in purchase mode but just for a quick browse.We did however in the end buy 2 new coats which we are very pleased with, however my main reason for writing this review is to acknowledge the excellent costumer service from the shop manager and her team.The coats we bought were duck down filled and she took us through the process of how to look after and clean them.

Do not order online from Trespass.I am still waiting for my parcel and its been 14 days. Asked for a refund twice and told to wait for parcel to turn up Royal mail have tracked it somewhere in Hereford which isnt anywhere near me.I have since purchased from store instead as needed items for school trip.Customer service fob you off with "Head Office will get back to you in 24 hours" but they wont give a Head Office direct number.Save your time and money and go into their store or shop online elsewhere.
