As per my conversation with Adam on your customer service team, I have the details that you required to give me a quote for the broken lock: Door ref : 2620 Additional information: As you are facing the door , the handle and lock are on the right side, and the door opens towards you. I only require that lock assembly as I still have the handles , lock barrel and key. I hope this is sufficient information for the quote.
