I am owed £10 and would like this back but I begrudge paying 7p a minute to get this back. Why not email address or postal address. Poor

Just phoned this number regarding a problem with an item I purchased. The operator did not seem to understand what I was telling her. Seemed to be a language problem and also lots of noise in the background from other people. On the positive. I was eventually given another number and spoke to an operator who fully understood me
