Missed my flight to Chicago....thank goodness, 7 inches of snow expected in March and closed down attractions which this company (business partner of JETXTRA and trading as World Choice Travel Ltd, Independent World Choice and Sporting Events Global) did not mention. Airline refunded them my airpassenger duty of £314 but they refused to return it until ABTA made them do so. They then sent me a bill of £1500 to cover their time in dealing with my complaint and an email to say they would send bailiffs to my home if I refused to pay! I contacted ABTA who confirmed they have now passed this incident to their legal department due to the \'seriousness\' of it.
